Our Operation:
We meet all our clients on their arrival at the airport and give them a comprehensive briefing on their chosen safari as well as after the safari to get your feedback about your safari. Our team pays attention to all the details about your safari and makes sure that every client leaves with a smile.
Accommodation:
We use elegant and unique lodges, hotels and camps. The lodges, camps and hotels we use, pride themselves on the excellence of their personalised service and friendliness of their staff. We ask all our clients to advise if they have any dietary requirements in advance make sure the accommodations are all aware. We do regular familiarization and inspection trips to all the accommodations that we use to make sure they are up to the standards.
Vehicles:
We use four wheel (4×4) customized safari Landcruisers which are comfortable, well maintained by our transport and logistics partners and are in good condition. We also have customized four wheel (4×4) safari vans only used up on request for budget or premium safaris.
Safari guides:
A guide is the most important person to determine the success of a safari. We therefore work with qualified, experienced and very knowledgeable guides who are able to handle all the requirements for a discerning traveler. Our guides are members of different guides associations in Uganda and are always going for regular refresher and 4×4 training courses so that they are up-to date with the guiding principles. They are familiar with the wildlife, birds, fauna and flora, and help you to obtain first hand appreciation of Uganda.
